Student Leadership Program for 1st year students
Applications are now open for positions in the 2009 Vice Chancellors Ancora Imparo Student Leadership Program. The aim of the program is to provide students with an understanding of the visionary and inspirational principles that guide current leaders and have guided leaders in the past. Successful applicant attend a three-day residential course in February followed by eight monthly seminars throughout the year.
Meet the Principals - Brochure (pdf)
Meet the Principal is a PD activity which brings together final year student teachers and AEU member principals. A panel of principals will talk about what their school needs from beginning teachers. Afterwards students can talk informally with principals from around Victoria. Last year there were approximately 100 principals and 250 student teachers in attendance over the five nights.

These twilight workshops for students and graduate teachers cover the difficult process of responding to selection criteria. All sessions run from 4.30-6.30pm. Presented by Ross Dean and James Rankin.
