These groups manage faculty-based centres where the term centre includes Faculty Centres, Institutes and designated cost centres.

Meetings

The Committee will normally meet a minimum of twice per year.

The Centre Management Groups will report twice annually to the Development Committee

The term of office of nominated members shall be one year.

To develop strategy and program initiatives for the Centre
To develop and oversee the Business Plan of the Centre
To develop an annual and, where appropriate three year rolling, budget or forwarding to the Development Committee for approval
To oversee the day by day operations of the Centre
To receive regular financial reports on the Centre/Institute/Unit from the Manager, Finance and Resources.
To report twice annually to the Dean and the Development Committee, on strategy, program initiatives and budgetary matters.
