About our research degrees

The Faculty of Education views research as one of its core responsibilities. We are engaged in a wide range of research and are committed to supporting students who wish to enter the field of educational research.

Our research programs cater for education and related professionals who wish to develop the knowledge and skills to conduct professionally-oriented research (including evidence-based and reflective practice); policy-oriented research; or more theoretically-oriented research.

We are proud of our expert staff.  Scholars with a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds as well as expertise in diverse professional and research strengths are available to supervise in our research degree programs. They make studying at the Monash Faculty of Education a rich and enjoyable experience.
