How to apply for a research degree (Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy)

Applications for courses that are 100% thesis (such as the PhD and the Master of Education course code 0077) can be made at any time.

Applications for courses that have a coursework component (the Master of Education course code 3204) can be made for either the mid-year intake (applications close end of May) or for first semester commencement (applications close end of February). Late applications may be considered.

To apply for a High Degree by Research degree in the Faculty of Education, please visit http://www.monash.edu.au/migr/apply/ and submit your application online. If you have previously completed a research degree, you can also apply for a scholarship through this online application process.
