This innovative pathway is designed to meet the needs of busy music educators at all levels through an introduction to serious research-based study of current developments in music education. It provides a unique opportunity for music teachers and professionals to upgrade their qualifications. There is also the opportunity for a summer field trip to Europe as part of the course.

Students may graduate with a Postgraduate Diploma of Education - Music education specialisation after completing 48 credit points comprising of the following units:

  • ONE unit (12pts) from:

  • EDF6322 Teaching music: policy and practice (12pts)
