This pathway is designed to meet the needs of teachers, lecturers, trainers, educational administrators, educational technologists and policymakers who are interested in the practical and theoretical issues of learning technologies in educational settings. Students develop a research-based understanding of current developments in information and communication technologies in education. It also promotes an understanding of the critical issues concerning these technologies currently being debated in the wider community.
